1937 Oldsmobile Model L37 Club Coupe
In 1937 Oldsmobile Division for the first time in the modern era, offered two distinctly different automobiles. The L model (8 cylinder) was given a 124 inch wheelbase making it eight inches longer than the F model (6 cylinder) and it received a classic hood and grill along with other styling features characteristic of the luxury car market. It was, in reality, the first 98. Replacing the Sport Coupe which had a rumble seat, the Club Coupe had two small seats in the back which could be folded up to provide more storage space.
